We are all just out here trying to navigate the chaos of life, and I have been yearning for a space where I can remove the mask of performance and just be my full / messy / learning / soft af self.

The reflections, poems, sounds, and images that I share here help ground me and make me feel at home wherever I am. You may even get some of my poetry at some point 🙈 (once I get over feeling shy about it lol). Doing this is an intentional practice for me in being tender with myself and the people around me.
